Who We Are
James E. Ellis,
James began surveying in 1966 after serving in the United States Army. Following graduation from Fayetteville Technical Institute he began his career with the Department of Transportation in Georgia where he obtained his first license to survey. He then moved back to North Carolina and received his license and started his business James E. Ellis P.L.S. which now consists of his son, Kenneth and grandson, Brayden.
Kenneth Ellis,
Kenneth began helping his dad at an early age. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran and has over 30 years of experience in the land surveying field.
Brayden Lewis,
Brayden joined his grandpa and uncle in 2019 when he decided to pursue land surveying as a career. He is a recent graduate of Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College and is currently pursuing his surveying license in North Carolina.
