James E. Ellis,
James began surveying in 1966 after serving in the United States Army. Following graduation from Fayetteville Technical Institute he began his career with the Department of Transportation in Georgia where he obtained his first license to survey. He then moved back to North Carolina and received his license and started his business James E. Ellis P.L.S.
